Super Pixalo Redux

I re-wrote Super Pixalo in a much more simplified way and you can play it!

Originally I wanted to introduce my son to platformers without having him get frustrated with advanced themes like perma-death and really hard jumps.  He loved this and is now onto bigger better games so I thought I'd share this and see what else I could add based on feedback.
